FREE FOOD WASTE DROP-OFF

Drop off household food waste for free at the Island Grown Farm, Chappy ferry dock, and select Island transfer stations. Edgartown, Chilmark, and West Tisbury are currently accepting food waste drop off for free. The service is $2 for a five-gallon bucket at the remaining transfer stations.
Free countertop buckets are available at all Island waste facilities and the Island Grown office.

Our Mobile Market will be on the road June through October delivering farm-fresh produce and eggs.

Community Garden

Grow your own produce in the IGI Community Garden! We provide some compost, gardening tools, and access to water.

Plots of varying sizes are available. The yearly fee helps to cover our costs to operate the garden, but please be in touch if the cost is prohibitive.
